Commission and costs
For each of your objects we try to achieve the highest possible price in the auction by specifically drawing the attention of customers in our existing customer file to your object or by explicitly pointing out your object to collectors. Only if we have been able to awaken desires in potentially interested parties and put them in competition with each other during the auction, the price in the auction for your work of art can multiply. For our efforts we charge:
Our commission
For the successful marketing of your art we charge a commission of 17% including 19% VAT exclusively on sale.
Marketing
We dedicate our full attention and time to each object with regard to transport, photographic work and cataloguing. We charge a fixed fee of between 25 – 50 euros per object.
In addition, you can help to design the presentation of your consignment and book further additional options for a highlighted marketing of your artwork:
- Exclusive presentation on the catalogue cover: 750 euros
- Presentation on a double page: 200 euros
- Presentation on a single page: 100 euros
Insurance
To ensure that your work of art is insured against all risks at all times, an insurance fee of 1% including VAT on the agreed limit applies.
